I collaborated closely with The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), in partnership with UNICEF, to revamp their public-facing website and enhance user experience. The goal was to create a fresh, user-friendly platform that effectively communicates CDB's regional impact, including over $600M in funding distributed across ten countries, and highlights key program areas such as education and economic development.
Our process began with an in-depth discovery phase, where we developed audience profiles, mapped out user journeys, and devised a content strategy tailored to media, partners, and government agencies. I led the implementation of a redesigned user flow and navigation system, along with a robust search functionality to facilitate easy access to critical content.
Through 12 scrum sprints and 2,200 hours of collaborative effort with a team of seven, we successfully completed the digital transformation and website update. The result was remarkable: a 200% increase in overall impressions and a threefold increase in average session duration. These metrics reflect the significant impact of our work in enhancing the website's effectiveness and engaging CDB's diverse audiences more effectively.
